RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

3. CONDITIONS FOR A RETURN A return or refund is only possible if the following conditions are met:

The product is in an unopened, unused, and flawless condition.

The original security seal and packaging are intact and complete.

No consumption of the perfume content has taken place.

The return is made within 14 days after confirmation of the withdrawal.
Non-returnable items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept or refund the following items:

Opened or used perfume bottles.

Products where consumption of the perfume is detectable (e.g., reduction in liquid level).

Personalized or custom-made products.

Special editions or limited collections, unless defective.
4. RETURN PROCESS

Return Request: Contact our customer service via email or phone to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.

Receive Return Instructions: You will receive confirmation, a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number, and the return address.

Secure Packaging: Package the product securely to avoid damage during transport. If possible, use the original packaging.

Shipping the Product: The return shipment is at your own expense unless the product has a manufacturing defect.

Inspection and Refund: Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected. If any consumption of the perfume is detected, no refund will be issued. If all conditions are met, the refund will be processed within 14 days via the original payment method.
5. REFUND TERMS After successful inspection of your return, the refund will be issued as follows:

Payments made via credit card or PayPal will be refunded to the original payment method.

Payments made via bank transfer will be refunded to the bank account you specify.

Any shipping costs will not be refunded unless the return is due to our error.
6. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Provide a detailed description of the issue along with clear photos of the damaged product and packaging. After reviewing your case, we will offer an appropriate solution (replacement or refund).
7. PRODUCT EXCHANGE Direct product exchanges are not currently possible. If you wish to receive a different product or variant, please place a new order and return the unwanted product according to this policy.
