1. GENERAL PROVISIONS This shipping policy governs the shipping of orders placed through the official VILOR website. By placing an order, you agree to these provisions. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
2. SHIPPING AREAS AND RESTRICTIONS

We ship worldwide to all countries that are not subject to trade restrictions or embargoes.

Shipping to P.O. boxes or parcel lockers may not be possible in certain countries.

If a country or region cannot be serviced, we will inform you during the checkout process.
3. PROCESSING TIME AND SHIPPING DURATION

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. No processing occurs on weekends or public holidays.

The estimated delivery time varies depending on location and selected shipping method:

Delays due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemic-related restrictions) are beyond our control.
4. SHIPPING COSTS

Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain amount (see current promotions on our website).

International orders may be subject to additional customs duties or import taxes, which must be borne by the recipient.
5. TRACKING AND DELIVERY

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number (if available).

If a package does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact our customer service.

If a shipment is marked as delivered but has not been received, we ask that you first check with neighbors or your local delivery service. VILOR is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
6. UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS & RETURNS

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address details or multiple failed delivery attempts, a reshipment can be arranged. Additional shipping costs may apply.

If the customer wishes to return an order, the terms of our separate Return & Refund Policy apply.
7. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damage and packaging.

After review, we will offer either a replacement or a solution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
